Easy Care for the Pelvic Floor
$250.00 Original price was: $250.00.$190.00Current price is: $190.00.
Everybody knows how to build the biceps, whether we do it or not. When it comes to the pelvic floor, though, it’s more confusing. We can’t see it, we normally don’t touch it much, and it’s an intimate area of the body.
You can definitely learn to improve the function of your pelvic floor, and if you’re a bodyworker, you can learn to work on it safely and effectively.
In this class, Dr. George Russell, DC, will lead the topic of approaching the anatomy of this area as a whole, and will teach you new techniques to use when your tried-and-true ones no longer create the outcomes your client needs.
Come dressed in loose, comfortable clothing that you feel comfortable moving in, including pants with a soft waistband, and bring two sheets and a pillowcase with you.

Tuck Around and Find Out

*** this course counts towards your required 4 Ethics CEUs for NY State Licensed Massage Therapists ***
Course Date: Thursday July 23, 2026
Time: 10:00am-2:00pm
CEUs: 4 NY State
Price: $100Draping is more than just the minimum legal speed limit on the highway of massage therapy. In practice, a single drafty tuck can instantly derail relaxation and compromise client safety. Your draping isn’t just about covering your assets; it’s a powerful clinical tool that dictates whether your client’s nervous system melts into the table or braces for impact.
This continuing education course elevates draping from a mindless exercise in folding laundry into an intentional, powerful clinical intervention. You’ll explore the legal, ethical, and neurosomatic impacts of the drape to bridge the gap between bare-minimum legal standards and true therapeutic results. Through dynamic lecture and hands-on practice, you’ll transform your draping into a foundation for trust—allowing your clients to fully let go, and allowing you to stress less and do your best work.
