There are no refunds if you request to withdraw from a class less than 14 business days prior to the start of class, or if you fail to attend.
Refunds will be issued only if you notify the Continuing Education Department 14 business days prior to the start of class.
A processing fee of $25 per class will be deducted from any refund issued. We will send you a confirmation once we receive your cancellation and process your refund.
While we make every effort to provide quality classes and instructors, we cannot guarantee satisfaction with every class offered. No Refunds will be made for classes already taken. We do, however, invite your honest appraisal of our classes and teachers; an evaluation form is handed out at the end of every class for this purpose, or you can fill out an online evaluation. Class material is responsibility of the instructors and does not reflect regular programs of Swedish Institute.
